A&L Consulting Management Inc. is a residential property management company serving owners and residents of multi-family rental properties. We handle the day-to-day operation of each building so owners have accurate books and residents have a responsive point of contact.

A&L Consulting Management Inc. sends account-related text messages to residents who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them.

A&L Consulting Management Inc. collects only the information needed to manage rental accounts: name, mailing address, email address, phone number, lease details, and payment history.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent — with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the account messages described above. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our messaging and email provider, payment processors, and maintenance vendors — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We also disclose information where required by law.
